AI roleplay platform for employee training and assessment Rehearse every hard conversation before it’s real.
thereflection.app is the home of The Reflection platform. Customer workspaces will live on this domain, each organization at an address of its own.
What The Reflection is
The Reflection is an AI roleplay platform that helps teams develop real soft skills through practice and feedback. Employees rehearse sales calls, feedback and difficult conversations with an AI character, by voice or with a video avatar.
Your L&D team builds roleplays on any topic — no developers, no waiting for a vendor. Every session ends with a detailed competency-based evaluation, scored against your own competency model.
Where customer workspaces live
Each organization that works with The Reflection practices in its own workspace, with one address per organization on this domain.
