How THE REFLECTION SAS handles personal data when you visit thereflection.app.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- It has no forms and loads nothing from other websites.
- Our web server keeps a log of requests to run the website and protect it from abuse.
This policy covers the website thereflection.app. When your company uses The Reflection platform, we process data on its behalf under a data processing agreement, which describes that processing.

What we process and why
When your browser requests a page, our web server writes a line to its log: your IP address, the address you requested, the time, the response it gave and the headers your browser sent, such as the browser name (user agent) and the page you came from. We use the log to keep the website running and to investigate errors and abuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use the log to build profiles, and we do not combine it with other data.
If you write to us, we use your email address and what you write to reply and to keep a record of the conversation, on the same legal basis.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means.
How long we keep it
The request log is limited in size, not in time: it holds at most 30 MB of entries, and older entries are deleted automatically as new ones arrive.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected if it is wrong, or deleted;
- restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- give instructions on what happens to your data after your death, as French law allows.
Write to privacy@thereflection.io. We answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority in the country where you live or work.
